BIOGRAPHY

I Am tha C.B Kid

Tha C.B Kid also known as KAStrodamus or Yung TuffGong Marley,.

A Zambian born in 1990 in Lusaka city, bred in Copperbelt, Kitwe city, Riverside to be precise.

Started music quite early, started out with simple rhyming as early as 2001, but got into it seriously in 2005 as an iconic member of the Hip Hop group, KillahBeez, and as rapper and beatbox, freestyle battler and live performer, especially at high school concerts,.
Been on a learning curve ever since, diversifying his style and sound.

Originally, genre is Soul Hip Hop, but always been a lover of Bob Marley's Reggae, loves Ragga, Jamaican Dance-Hall, Afro Pop, and Caribbean music at length and so has diverted into Jamaican and Afro, kind of blended in a little Zambian Hip Hop, just to have a more marketable Jamaican Afro Pop sound.
Loves to listen to Zambian Local and Underground Hip Hop, Grime, Soul, and Jazz, among other genres.
As a lover of music he generally  listens to anything good and soothing to the ears, with a special drawing to acoustic music.

Does poetry and happens to be his biggest inspiration in my music, all about positivity and that real life circumstances.
I'm all about that feel good music that should uplift a listener's spirits.
A blend of a playful Raww Hip Hop style in Jamaican Patois and Afro lingual on Dance-Hall, Afro Beats and Zed Pop.

Renown releases include, Get It Krunk [2006] with Tha KillahBeez, Ku Migodi [2011], Looking At The Sky [2012],  Shake The World [2013] and Gonna Make It [2014],.
Has 4 mixtapes to his name, 'Era of Formidable Emcees [2010], Dreams, Reflections, Memoires of a Paroxysmal Heart [2012], Holla @ta C.B Kid [2014], and Ka Dyonko: A Taste of Phenomenal Music [to drop 2015].
